HTE Government Software (now SunGard HTE) wanted a digital message board to welcome visitors to the company headquarters. Being a software company, HTE wanted a high-tech slideshow that could promote the company, as well as display a personalized greeting to guests. They wanted something more impressive than a PowerPoint presentation, but it had to be easy to update by non-technical administrative staff.
Digitec used its Knowledge Direct® CD application to create the perfect message board solution for HTE. The application runs on a standard PC connected to widescreen LCD displays built into the entryways of the headquarters lobby. Using a wide array of pre-built templates and a simple, 3-step process, HTE staff can update slide content, rearrange, or build a totally new presentation, while maintaining the professionally designed look and feel. The templates include a Flash animation attract loop that can be inserted at any point in the slideshow.
