InTouch selected Knowledge Direct^® because of its rapid eLearning development features, as well as learning management system capabilities. Within one month of choosing Knowledge Direct, InTouch was live with eLearning courses on company orientation, selling techniques, and product knowledge.

The internal InTouch staff produces their own eLearning, using Direct-to-WEB, Digitec's rapid eLearning authoring tool that converts Microsoft PowerPoint content into Flash-based eLearning modules.
