Budd Riker
Budd Riker is anything but a newcomer to eLearning; prior to signing on as Manager of Business Development for Digitec Interactive in 2010, he spent over 20 years working for The Professional Association of Dive Instructors, PADI Worldwide, the world's largest scuba diver training organization. While there, Budd was instrumental in developing PADI's online diver training system. Budd is also a college professor and remains an Instructor Examiner for PADI.
